Unisus Group is an organisation that started in 2019 with a passion and drive to tackling social, economic and stigma barriers associated with disadvantaged, displaced and long term unemployed job seekers. In an inclusive and encouraging environment we work with job seekers who have faced challenges and barriers with gaining employment opportunities including people with disabilities, mental health conditions, indigenous job seekers, Women displaced due to domestic violence, at risk youth and long term unemployed. Sometimes people just need a chance and some understanding, someone to look past the stigma and barriers and offer a leg up. We are that someone. 

The business is currently operating within the Hanwha Defence Australia facility located at Avalon, Victoria. This brand new facility allows the team to prepare and serve a varied menu of morning teas, lunches and specialist catering requirements for the Hanwha employees.
