All of our on the job training is tailored to the individual employee because we acknowledge that not everyone learns the same way, has the same confidence level or industry experience. From our experience we have found people are more likely to reach their full potential when they feel respected, understood and valued as a person not just another number.
We work closely with a number of local food banks and charity groups to ensure any leftover quality food and produce is not wasted and goes to people in need.
